At Lighting Superstore, we want your home to shine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard fixtures if you are not completely satisfied. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have not been installed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box with all internal protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
