How long will it take for my lighting fixtures to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For larger chandeliers or oversized orders, freight shipping may take up to 10 business days.
What is your return policy for installed products?
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or wired. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Do your fixtures include light bulbs?
Most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specified in the product description. We recommend checking the 'Specifications' tab for the required bulb type and wattage.
What should I do if my glass shade arrives broken?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any glass components are damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Are your outdoor lights weather-resistant?
Yes, all our outdoor lighting is rated for either 'Damp' or 'Wet' locations. Wet-rated fixtures are designed to withstand direct exposure to rain and snow.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your new lighting is installed safely and according to local building codes.
